This Shipping, Withdrawal, and Returns Policy is established between:
DOMATHING, registered with the Belgian Crossroads Bank for Businesses under number 1018.508.512 Hereinafter referred to as "the Seller", managing the website www.domathing.com, and any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase via the website www.domathing.com, hereinafter referred to as "the Buyer".
We ship our products exclusively within Europe via Bpost.
Orders are dispatched within a maximum of 72 hours after confirmation.
Bpost guarantees delivery within 2 to 10 business days from the date of shipment, depending on the destination country.
Shipping is free for all orders in Belgium.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link to monitor your delivery status directly on the Bpost website.
Delivery Definition:
Delivery is considered complete when the Buyer takes physical possession or control of the product(s). Unless otherwise specified or in the case of product unavailability, all ordered items will be delivered in a single shipment.
Delivery Delay:
The Seller commits to making every effort to deliver the products within the specified timeframes. However, if the products are not delivered within 30 days from the indicative delivery date – excluding cases of force majeure or Buyer-related delays – the Buyer may request contract termination in writing, in accordance with Articles VI.83 to VI.87 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law.
In such a case, the amounts paid by the Buyer will be refunded within 14 days following the receipt of the termination request, excluding any damages or compensation.
Ownership Transfer:
DOMATHING retains full ownership of the goods sold until full payment has been received, including principal, taxes, and fees.
In accordance with Article VI.47 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the Buyer has a period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to justify their decision or incur any penalties.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal can be exercised online via our contact form or through a clear, unambiguous statement expressing the decision to withdraw.
Upon acceptance of the return request, DOMATHING will provide a Bpost return label for orders within Belgium. The Buyer must then return the product(s) in their original condition within 7 days of receiving the return label. For orders outside Belgium, return costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.
Return Conditions:
Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included. The product(s) must be in unused, undamaged, and resalable condition. Any damaged, stained, or incomplete item will not be accepted for return.
Refunds:
The refund or exchange (subject to stock availability) will be processed within 14 days following receipt of the returned items by DOMATHING, provided all return conditions have been met. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction unless otherwise agreed with the Buyer.
In the context of distance selling, DOMATHING is only bound by a best-effort obligation. The company cannot be held liable for damages resulting from internet usage, such as data loss, hacking, viruses, service disruptions, or any other unintentional issues.
Data Processing for Shipping:
The Buyer’s personal information, necessary for order processing and delivery, is shared with trusted partners such as Bpost. DOMATHING guarantees that these partners comply with GDPR requirements and implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.
Privacy Rights:
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Belgian law, the Buyer has the right to access, rectify, delete, or restrict the processing of their personal data.
